All Icons come with a six-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This means that during this period if either an Icon or a base experiences any issue, we will repair it free of charge.

Please note that issues arising from misuse or excessive wear will not be covered. Please get in contact with us to determine the best course of action.

At Icons, our goal is to create jewellery that will be cherished as part of your collection for years to come. However we understand that accidents can happen and that components may wear out over time.

To ensure the best care for your Icons pieces, we require that all repair work be carried out by our workshop. Icons is a highly specialized system that demands specific procedures beyond standard jewellery repair.

If repairs are done by another jeweller, we cannot guarantee the system's proper functioning or honor any remaining warranties.

We understand that ring sizes can change over time. That's why we offer complimentary resizing within +/- 2 sizes (up or down) immediately after purchase.

If you've owned your piece for some time and need a resize, please reach out to us. We'll provide a sizing kit and guide you on the best way to return your ring. Resizing costs are determined on a case-by-case basis, and we'll provide a quote when you inquire.
